Terms of Use

Private-beta terms for using Praxis.

Praxis is a writing and review workspace. It does not replace professional judgment, make eligibility decisions, or determine that occupational therapy is legally required. The therapist remains responsible for every report that leaves the workspace.

Acceptable use

Use the product only if you are an authorized therapist or reviewer. Do not upload real student records unless you have independent authority to do so. Do not use the sample workspace as if it were a live student file. Do not attempt to access another organization's records.

AI drafts

Generated text is a draft for therapist review. Suggested goals, targets, and service language must be reviewed before they are treated as the therapist's work product. Frequency and duration are not silently invented. The labeled sample workspace may use a mock provider. Live accounts do not fall back to mock generation.

No warranty

The private beta is provided as-is. Praxis does not warrant uninterrupted availability, completeness of drafts, or fitness for a particular district process. The operator may limit access, reset sample data, or change the beta without notice.

Out of scope

This release does not include treatment planning, sensory diets, session planning, progress monitoring, billing, IEP system integrations, analytics products, or family portals.
